For many reasons it is not possible to mobilize the people from their living environment to temporarily transferring them to larger training facilities far from their homestead.

In addition the cost of such relocation for training is prohibitive. Funders are either unable or unwilling to pay other training associated costs, i.e. accommodation, catering, transport.

HELOG and MedLife has developed a concept to prepare qualified training near people’s future work sites. It’s HELOG’s contribution to improve these farming related circumstances – the development of the “Mobile training concept”. This training enables the farmers to maintain their technical equipment which led to a significant increase of the productivity.
